Your property is not something you sell everyday. In fact, for many people it is their largest asset. A house is very complex to market and the process needs to be well organized. To do the job properly a plan is needed.

Remember, All Realtors Are NOT Alike. I feel that in many ways homeowners have lost the control over the sale of their homes with agents, and what has happened has been a deterioration of quality of real estate service. So many agents just want the commission. I want satisfied customers and clients for life. I don't just put up a For Sale sign and wait. I don't believe in that.

I DON'T just list a home and hope someone else sells it. I have a marketing plan of action that keeps you informed while I get the results you want. I know what you need and what you want:

  • You want to realize the best possible price.
  • You want the sale to go smoothly and quickly.
  • You want the least amount of inconvenience.
  • You want to know what is going on at ALL times.
In addition, there are usually two questions that are of immediate concern when you are considering the sale of your property:
  • How much can you expect to receive?
  • How long will it take to sell?
The answers to these questions are a combination of factors, some of which you control, some we control, and many that no one controls.

Results! Is what you want and what I want. My objective is to provide you with accurate and timely information so that you can make intelligent decisions regarding the sale of your home.

I will tell you what you must hear - not what I think you may want to hear about the value of your property. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients in this regard. Unfortunately, some of my competitors will tell you what you want to hear to temporarily get your business.

You may want to get an opinion from another agent, and that's fine. However, you should know that all agents have access to the same information. Therefore, the determination of your home's value should be nearly the same. Remember, no agent can affect market conditions. If an agent suggests that you can sell your property for other than what the market indicates, it is a disservice to you, only prolonging the sales process and, according to the National Association of Realtors statistics, resulting in a lower net proceeds amount.

Select your real estate agent based on experience and results. If you truly want to sell your home, you must be willing to sell it for what the market will bear. If you want to sell it now, no one will provide you with more candid feedback and factual information than I will.
